The Swiss Wine Gourmet label provides information about the selection of Swiss wine on the wine list. For a restaurant to qualify for the label, it must offer at least two Swiss wines by the glass throughout the year and have at least five Swiss wines on the menu. It is then awarded either one, two or three glasses.
25% Swiss wines on or at least 10 Swiss wines on the wine list
50% Swiss wines or at least 15 Swiss wines on the wine list
More than 75% Swiss wines or at least 30 Swiss wines on the wine list
